Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Provide operational and administrative assistance to ensure the achievement of pre-determined sales and revenue targets for the department. This includes coordinating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Client Engagement: Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Event Planning Assistance: Support the planning and execution of events by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring all operational requirements are met to exceed client expectations.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation to support the sales process.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that can inform sales strategies and enhance revenue generation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as catering, banquet operations, and marketing to ensure alignment and consistency in delivering outstanding service to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in hotel operations, event management, or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Prior experience in sales support or event coordination is a strong asset.
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally in both English and Arabic.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Organizational Abilities: Proven organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
