Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your focus will be on:

• Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively identify and open new doors by leveraging your extensive network of agencies, production companies, brands, and marketing teams in KSA. Your ability to spot untapped opportunities and convert them into qualified leads will be critical to our success.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Convert existing relationships into active clients while cultivating deep, long-term partnerships. Your negotiation skills and commercial acumen will ensure that we secure high-value projects that align with our creative and production capabilities.
• Pipeline Development: Build a robust pipeline of agency, brand, and production work by identifying emerging trends, understanding client needs, and positioning Whiplash Production as the preferred partner in the region.
• Market Insights & Strategic Partnerships: Provide actionable market insights to our leadership team, helping us identify new opportunities and tailor our offerings to meet the evolving demands of the KSA creative and media landscape.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with our CEO, producers, and creative teams to ensure seamless alignment between business development initiatives and project execution. Your ability to bridge the gap between commercial strategy and creative excellence will be instrumental in driving our vision forward.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

• 5–8 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, with a strong focus on the KSA market, particularly within the post-production, advertising, and creative services industries.
• An established network of agencies, production companies, brands, and marketing teams in KSA—your existing relationships will be the foundation of your success.
• A track record of revenue generation, with a history of closing high-value deals and consistently exceeding targets.
• Deep industry knowledge, including a comprehensive understanding of the post-production and creative services ecosystem in KSA.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to articulate our value proposition persuasively and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently, identify gaps in the market, and build business opportunities from the ground up.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, ensuring seamless interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
