Key Responsibilities

The Process Governance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Core duties include:

• Governance Framework Development: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive process governance frameworks that define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across departments.
• Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and enhance productivity through the application of lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and other process improvement techniques.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, industry standards, and internal policies by conducting regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, finance, and quality assurance, to foster a unified approach to process governance and drive alignment with business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
• Change Management: Facilitate organizational change initiatives by communicating process updates, training employees, and ensuring smooth transitions to new governance structures.
• Technology Integration: Leverage process automation tools, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and digital solutions to enhance governance capabilities and improve operational agility.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or COBIT) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in process governance, business process management (BPM), or a related discipline, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio), governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), and data analytics platforms. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, particularly in areas such as supply chain management, quality control, and regulatory compliance, is advantageous.
