Key Responsibilities

The Director of Development will be responsible for a broad spectrum of strategic and operational duties, including:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive development strategies that support Qiddiya Investment Company’s long-term objectives, ensuring alignment with national and corporate goals.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to oversee the planning, design, and execution of large-scale development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in development, project management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial capacity. Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure, real estate, or entertainment projects is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of development regulations and best practices.
