As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will take ownership of end-to-end mobile development, ensuring your contributions align with measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in the following critical areas:

• Product Development and Optimization: Lead the development and continuous improvement of core mobile features, including registration workflows, discovery tools, profiles, messaging systems, and user engagement mechanisms. Drive enhancements to key conversion funnels such as upgrades, monetization, and match/interaction rates to maximize user retention and revenue.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Own analytics for critical mobile journeys, leveraging user behavior insights to identify opportunities for optimization. Monitor and refine platform-specific functionalities, such as push notifications, deep linking, and real-time features, to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience.
• Monetization and Compliance: Analyze mobile advertising and in-app purchase metrics to support initiatives that boost monetization performance. Contribute to compliance-related analytics, including consent management, age verification, and user authentication, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Technical Architecture and Delivery: Design and maintain scalable Flutter applications for both iOS and Android, adhering to best practices in architecture, performance, and maintainability. Develop and manage multi-flavor and white-label applications, handling brand-specific configurations, assets, store identifiers, and Firebase environments with precision.
• Quality Assurance and Collaboration: Implement robust automated testing frameworks, including unit and widget tests, to uphold high standards of reliability and code quality. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals in a distributed, multicultural setting.

Technical Expertise and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Proven Experience with Flutter and Dart: Extensive hands-on experience developing and maintaining production-grade Flutter applications for both iOS and Android, with a deep understanding of Dart 3.x.
• Architectural Proficiency: Solid knowledge of layered mobile architecture, including clear separation between UI, domain/use cases, repositories, and framework layers. Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC and Provider, along with dependency injection frameworks like GetIt and navigation tools such as GoRouter.
• Networking and Data Management: Practical experience with Dio for networking and the implementation of immutable data models using code generation tools like built_value or similar technologies.
• Multi-Flavor and White-Label Development: Proven track record in building and deploying multi-flavor or white-label mobile applications, including brand-specific configurations, assets, store IDs, and Firebase setups.
• Testing and Quality: Strong background in writing automated tests, particularly unit and widget tests, with familiarity or experience in BDD-style testing frameworks like bloc_test.
• Analytical and Collaborative Mindset: An analytical approach to interpreting product data and user behavior, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement. Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical responsibilities, and collaborate effectively in a remote, international team environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Russian and proficient in English at a B2-level to facilitate seamless communication across diverse teams.
