Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Deliver Technical Training Programs: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive training modules tailored to manufacturing processes, equipment operation, quality control, and safety protocols. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
• Facilitate Hands-On Learning: Lead interactive training sessions, workshops, and simulations to equip employees with the practical skills required for seamless operations. Utilize modern training methodologies to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to identify training gaps, assess skill requirements, and develop targeted solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Industrial Training, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in technical training, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
• Training and Instructional Design: Ability to create engaging, structured training materials and deliver them effectively to diverse audiences, including operators, supervisors, and engineers.
• Communication and Facilitation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Experience facilitating group discussions, workshops, and training sessions.
