Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for application teams through the **ServiceNow ticketing system**, diagnosing and resolving Databricks and Azure-related issues with precision and efficiency.
• Data Landing Zone (DLZ) Onboarding: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate technical requirements for new DLZ deployments, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs.
• Infrastructure & Automation: Execute **IaC pipelines, scripts, and automated processes** to provision, configure, and modify Azure and Databricks resources, reducing manual intervention and minimizing human error.
• Cloud & DevOps Excellence: Leverage **Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions** to streamline CI/CD workflows, ensuring rapid, reliable, and repeatable deployments of cloud resources.
• Process Optimization: Identify repetitive manual tasks and develop **automated solutions** to improve efficiency, consistency, and response times across support operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with **application, cloud, data, and security teams** to resolve technical challenges, ensure smooth onboarding, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain and enhance **technical documentation**, including support procedures, workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides, to empower both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 Years of Hands-On Experience: Proven experience working with **Databricks** in technical or operational roles, including familiarity with **Unity Catalog, RBAC, and authentication mechanisms**.
• Azure & Cloud Expertise: Strong background in **Azure Data Factory, Azure resource management, and multi-cloud exposure (AWS/GCP a plus)**.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Proficiency: Experience with **Terraform, Bicep, or AWS CDK** to automate deployments and manage cloud infrastructure.
