Position Overview

As a Dermatology Consultant (استشارية جلدية), you will deliver comprehensive dermatological care to patients, encompassing initial consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing treatment follow-ups. Your responsibilities will include conducting clinical examinations, formulating accurate diagnoses, and developing tailored therapeutic plans in accordance with established medical protocols. You will perform both non-invasive and invasive dermatological procedures as required, while providing expert guidance on skincare routines, preventive measures against dermatological conditions, and suitable aesthetic treatments. Collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams is essential to ensure holistic and secure patient management. This full-time position is based in Medina, with on-site attendance required.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Conduct thorough dermatological assessments, including skin examinations, and develop individualized treatment strategies for a diverse patient population.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Diagnose a wide range of dermatological conditions, from common skin disorders to complex pathologies, ensuring accurate and timely interventions.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Administer dermatological treatments, including medical and aesthetic procedures, while adhering to clinical guidelines and safety protocols.
• Patient Education: Counsel patients on effective skincare practices, preventive healthcare measures, and the benefits and risks associated with various dermatological treatments.
• Collaborative Practice: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including general practitioners, specialists, and paramedical staff, to deliver integrated and patient-centered care.
• Administrative Compliance: Maintain meticulous medical records, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and uphold patient confidentiality in all professional interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A recognized medical degree with a specialization in dermatology, along with a valid license to practice or eligibility for obtaining one in Medina.
• Proven clinical experience in both medical and aesthetic dermatology, including the diagnosis of various skin conditions and the execution of dermatological procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of dermatological protocols, quality and safety standards, and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest scientific advancements in the field.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening, empathy, and the ability to convey complex medical information in an accessible manner.
