  • Collaborating with application developers, solution architects, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and business analysts to deliver cohesive integration solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation, interface specifications, deployment documents, and support procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Participating in code reviews and technical discussions, while adhering to established development, security, and integration standards.
  • Supporting production incidents and after-hours on-call duties to resolve issues within agreed service-level agreements.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following required qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in middleware, enterprise integration, or application integration development, with a focus on production support, incident troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Proven expertise in IBM Integration Bus (IIB), including message flow development, with strong proficiency in ESQL and integration patterns.
  • Experience with IBM MQ, REST APIs, SOAP web services, JMS, and proficiency in working with XML or JSON data formats.
  • Relevant experience in banking or financial services integration, particularly with enterprise banking systems and high-volume, mission-critical integrations.
  • A deep understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns, along with experience implementing secure coding and integration security standards.
  • Experience participating in code reviews, structured deployment processes, and formal release management across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Strong background in testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, with experience in SLA-driven support and compliance with change-management frameworks.
  • Collaborative experience working with solution architects, developers, QA teams, DevOps/infrastructure teams, business analysts, and release teams to deliver integration solutions.
  • Familiarity with banking-specific security, availability, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Availability to work during Saudi Arabia business hours with sufficient overlap to support the onshore team.

While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a significant advantage:
