AI Product Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AI Product Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge AI-driven products in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• AI Product Strategy and Roadmapping: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Create and maintain a robust product roadmap that outlines key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to guide the development lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, including AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists, and business stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure seamless collaboration to achieve product goals.
• AI Technology Expertise: Demonstrate a strong grasp of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Agentic AI. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and scaling. Lead cross-functional teams in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate product success, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions. Collaborate with Data Scientists to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable product enhancements.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends in the AI space. Leverage these insights to refine product positioning and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in AI Product Management or a related field, with a strong portfolio of AI-powered products delivered end-to-end.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, including hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or Agentic AI. Familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools is a plus.
• Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, including AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, and business stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, Product Management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Location: This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the possibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements, depending on business needs.
