Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On Instruction: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels, from new hires to experienced technicians. Focus areas include equipment operation, maintenance procedures, safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Technical Mentorship: Provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching to manufacturing teams to reinforce learning outcomes and address skill gaps. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Technical Education, or a related field. Advanced certifications in training methodologies or manufacturing disciplines are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.
