Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure seamless functionality of HVAC, electrical, and security systems.
• Conduct regular system checks, perform diagnostics, and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facility managers, engineers, and maintenance personnel, to address system-related challenges.
• Implement and enforce best practices for energy management, ensuring compliance with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
• Document system performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports to maintain accurate records and improve operational workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BMS technology and recommend upgrades or optimizations as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A recognized **Diploma in Electronics or a related technical field** is mandatory, reflecting a strong foundation in automation and control systems.
• Proven **three years or more of hands-on experience** in operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting Building Management Systems in commercial, industrial, or residential settings.
• Familiarity with industry-standard BMS platforms, including but not limited to, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to interpret system data and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of reliability, safety, and performance.
