Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in satellite planning, design, or a closely related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of satellite communication systems, orbital mechanics, and integrated design principles. Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., STK, MATLAB) and project management software is essential.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
