Key Responsibilities

- Employee Records Management: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and confidential files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
- Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and assisting hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, organise, and maintain HR documentation, reports, and records, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within the organisation.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Employee Enquiries and Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee-related queries, providing timely and professional responses while directing complex issues to the appropriate HR channels.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and organisational policies.
- HR Systems Management: Regularly update and maintain HR systems, databases, and digital tools to ensure data integrity and support efficient HR operations.
- Policy Communication and Initiatives: Assist in the dissemination of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring employees are informed and aligned with organisational expectations.
- Workforce Reporting and Projects: Contribute to workforce reporting initiatives and administrative projects, providing data-driven insights to support HR strategy and organisational goals.

Qualifications
