Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Integration Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Design and Develop: Architect and implement complex backend integrations using Python and TypeScript, ensuring seamless communication between disparate systems and applications.
• API and Service Development: Build, maintain, and optimize robust APIs and integration services that prioritize reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Scalable Solutions: Develop scalable backend solutions tailored to meet technically demanding integration requirements, with a focus on long-term maintainability.
• Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to translate integration requirements into innovative technical solutions, contributing to architectural decisions that enhance system interoperability.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Engineer with the following qualifications:

• 10+ Years of Experience: Proven expertise in backend software engineering, with a strong track record of designing and implementing production-grade systems.
• Python and TypeScript Mastery: Advanced hands-on experience with both languages, including API development, system integrations, and backend service optimization.
• Healthcare and Dental Technology Focus: Experience with Dental Practice Management Systems (PMS) or healthcare integrations is highly valued, though not strictly required.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with GraphQL, Hasura, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS will be a significant advantage.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical challenges with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in working with distributed teams, to ensure alignment and effective knowledge sharing.
• Autonomy and Flexibility: Capacity to work autonomously while adhering to project standards and objectives, with an overlap of at least 2–4 hours daily with U.S. working hours (preferably including West Coast time).
