Your Role: Crafting Perfection in Every Loaf

In this full-time, on-site position, you will:

• Master the art of baking by preparing a diverse range of baked goods, including artisanal bread, delicate pastries, and signature items like our renowned Burger Buns, ensuring each creation meets our stringent standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
• Lead with precision in our bakery section, overseeing the entire food preparation process from mixing and kneading to baking and finishing touches, while maintaining consistency in quality and flavor.
• Ensure operational excellence by managing inventory with meticulous care, tracking supplies, and coordinating with the kitchen team to avoid shortages and minimize waste.
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering strictly to industry regulations and best practices to guarantee a safe and sanitary working environment for both our team and guests.
• Collaborate seamlessly with chefs, kitchen staff, and other team members to support the restaurant’s vision, adapt to changing demands, and contribute to a cohesive, high-performing culinary team.
