Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at ألِـف كلينيك in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence, driving engagement, and enhancing brand visibility across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Content Development & Management: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored to our brand’s voice and audience preferences. This includes posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets designed to captivate and inform our followers.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven social media marketing campaigns to promote our services, drive traffic, and increase conversions. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Build and nurture a loyal online community that advocates for our brand and services.
• Brand Consistency & Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all social media channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and healthcare professionals, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Utilize analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior and refine strategies accordingly.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector. Leverage industry knowledge to enhance our competitive edge and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaign management. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and culturally appropriate messaging. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance. Proficiency in using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Relevant certifications in social media marketing, digital advertising, or analytics are advantageous.
• Adaptability & Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to evolving trends and platform algorithms. Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail to produce visually appealing and impactful content.
