Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Agent at Hilton Jeddah, your core responsibilities will include:

• Guest Arrival & Departure Management: Greet guests with genuine hospitality upon arrival, efficiently process check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth transition for all visitors. Handle reservations, payments, and billing with accuracy and discretion.
• Information & Assistance: Provide guests with detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services. Address inquiries promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Conflict Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the guest’s satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met in a timely manner. Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues and management.
• Upselling & Revenue Management: Promote hotel services, packages, and upgrades to enhance guest experience and contribute to revenue growth, while maintaining transparency and integrity in all interactions.
• Compliance & Standards: Uphold Hilton’s brand standards, including dress code, hygiene, and service protocols, to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate guest needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
