Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated ممرضة (Nurse) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Medina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily care to patients, including monitoring health conditions, administering prescribed treatments, and performing essential nursing procedures. This role requires active participation in patient assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating closely with medical and paramedical teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. The nurse will also play a pivotal role in educating patients and their families on treatment protocols, preventive measures, and hygiene practices, while strictly adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. By fostering an environment rooted in compassion, ethics, and cultural respect, the successful candidate will contribute to enhancing the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing specialized treatments as prescribed.
• Documentation & Coordination: Maintain meticulous patient records, prepare medical documentation, and liaise with healthcare teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and their families on treatment adherence, preventive healthcare, and hygiene practices to promote long-term well-being.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, implement life-saving interventions, and follow established emergency protocols.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a secure healthcare environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered care model.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education & Licensing: A recognized degree in Nursing or related field, valid professional licensure, and compliance with local regulatory standards. Candidates must be prepared to undergo qualification recognition processes if applicable.
• Clinical Competencies: Proficiency in basic and advanced nursing procedures, medication management, vital signs monitoring, emergency care, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, active listening, empathy, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Experience in multicultural environments is highly desirable.
• Organizational Abilities: Strong sense of responsibility, task prioritization, meticulous record-keeping, and seamless collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
• Additional Assets: Fluency in Arabic, English, or French; openness to continuous professional development; adaptability to evolving healthcare practices; and basic proficiency in medical software tools.
