Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse for the Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine Department to join a prestigious healthcare facility located in Medina. This is a full-time, on-site position where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care within dermatology and aesthetic medicine. The primary responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring all materials are readily available for medical procedures. The nurse will assist physicians in performing dermatological and aesthetic treatments, such as skin care procedures, non-invasive cosmetic treatments, and post-treatment follow-ups, while strictly adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. The role also encompasses managing patient records, providing clear and compassionate patient education on treatments, and collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Assistance: Support physicians during dermatological and aesthetic procedures, including skin treatments, non-invasive cosmetic interventions, and post-treatment monitoring.
• Preparation and Maintenance: Organize and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and materials are sanitized, functional, and ready for use in accordance with established protocols.
• Documentation and Compliance: Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and follow-up care in compliance with medical and legal standards. Ensure all records are up-to-date and securely stored.
• Patient Education and Communication: Provide patients with clear, empathetic, and professional guidance on treatment procedures, aftercare, and potential side effects. Address patient concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Safety and Hygiene: Strictly adhere to infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols to minimize risks and maintain a sterile environment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A recognized nursing diploma with a specialization or proven experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or skin care is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of dermatological and aesthetic nursing techniques, including assisting with procedures, clinical monitoring, and patient follow-up.
• Safety and Hygiene Standards: Strong understanding of infection control protocols, safety measures, and best practices for handling dermatological and aesthetic materials and products.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams with tact, empathy, and professionalism. Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and care.
• Organizational Abilities: Demonstrated aptitude for managing time, priorities, and patient records with meticulous attention to detail. Commitment to following internal procedures and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is essential. Proficiency in English or French is considered a valuable asset, particularly in a multicultural healthcare environment.
• Experience: Prior experience in a dermatology or aesthetic medicine department, particularly in the Middle East, is highly advantageous.
