Key Responsibilities:

Your role will focus on the following critical areas:

• Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to ensure that product displays reflect the latest promotions, pricing updates, and seasonal trends. Execute supplier-driven initiatives to enhance product presentation and meet contractual obligations.
• Sales Enablement: Implement merchandising strategies that drive foot traffic and increase sales. Build eye-catching displays, fixtures, and promotional materials using a combination of hand tools and power tools to create visually compelling store layouts.
• Display Excellence: Regularly refresh and update display materials, including signage, brochures, and promotional signage, to maintain a dynamic and engaging shopping environment.
• Operational Excellence: Operate efficiently within a team-driven environment, collaborating with on-site supervisors and cross-functional departments. This role requires physical agility, including repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment, to maintain high standards of store presentation.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with store associates to ensure smooth execution of merchandising tasks. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external customers, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
