Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) – Drive Sales Through Precision and Excellence

As a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our stores deliver an exceptional shopping experience by maintaining optimal product presentation, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will center on executing merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility, support supplier partnerships, and drive sales growth. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising Execution: Execute price changes, product rotation, and special projects to improve product displays and meet supplier expectations. Ensure that all merchandising activities align with company standards and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Sales Enablement: Implement merchandising strategies designed to maximize product visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with store teams to ensure products are displayed correctly and attractively to encourage customer engagement and purchasing decisions.
• Display and Fixture Management: Build and refresh displays, fixtures, and promotional materials using basic hand tools and power tools. Maintain signage, brochures, and other display materials to ensure they are up-to-date and visually appealing.
• Supplier and Team Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to meet their merchandising needs and expectations. Foster strong relationships with store associates to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans and operational commitments.
• Operational Commitments: Perform tasks that require repetitive lifting, bending, and the operation of lift equipment. Work efficiently in a team-based environment with on-site supervision to serve multiple departments within the store.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide superior service to both internal and external customers by maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Ensure that the store environment is clean, organized, and conducive to a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

This role is available in both day and overnight shifts, offering flexibility to accommodate various schedules.
