Key Responsibilities

As a Merchandising Execution Associate, your core responsibilities will include:

• Supplier Collaboration & Execution: Partner with suppliers to implement price adjustments, product rotations, and special projects that optimize product displays and meet supplier objectives. Your efforts will ensure that our store’s merchandising aligns with supplier expectations while enhancing the customer experience.
• Sales-Driven Merchandising: Execute strategic merchandising plans designed to maximize product visibility and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for building and refreshing displays, fixtures, and signage to create an engaging and intuitive shopping environment that encourages customer interaction and purchasing decisions.
• Operational Excellence: Work collaboratively within a team to maintain store standards, including stocking products, organizing inventory, and operating lift equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to facilitate efficient merchandise handling. Your role requires physical agility, as you will frequently engage in repetitive lifting, bending, and positioning to ensure products are accessible and presented attractively.
• Customer & Team Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with store associates, suppliers, and customers to foster a cohesive and customer-centric environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide superior service—both internally and externally—will be instrumental in maintaining a high-performing retail operation.
