Position Overview

As a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our store maintains optimal product availability, presentation, and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will encompass executing merchandising strategies, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising Execution: You will be responsible for stocking products, executing price changes, and ensuring proper product rotation to maintain freshness and availability. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the visual appeal of our store and meeting supplier expectations.
• Display and Fixture Management: MEAs will construct, refresh, and maintain displays and fixtures using both basic hand tools and power tools. This includes updating signage, brochures, and promotional materials to align with marketing campaigns and drive sales growth.
• Operational Efficiency: Working in collaboration with on-site supervision, you will support multiple departments within the store. This role involves repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment to ensure products are accessible and well-organized.
• Supplier and Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with store associates and suppliers is essential. You will provide superior customer service to both internal teams and external customers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Strategic Execution: MEAs will implement merchandising strategies designed to optimize product placement, improve customer engagement, and meet sales targets. Your contributions will be critical in driving store performance and achieving operational goals.

Position Requirements

This role is available for both full-time and part-time candidates, with opportunities for both day and overnight positions. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a team-driven environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Previous experience in retail or merchandising is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
