Position Overview

As a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our store’s product presentation aligns with our commitment to excellence, safety, and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to execute merchandising strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience while meeting the operational and strategic goals of our suppliers and the store. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Whether you are handling price changes, product rotation, or special projects, your efforts will directly contribute to driving sales and fostering a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Experience and Collaboration: Execute price adjustments, product rotation, and special projects to optimize product displays in alignment with supplier expectations. Your work will ensure that products are presented in a manner that meets both customer and supplier needs, enhancing overall satisfaction and sales performance.
• Sales Enablement and Growth: Implement merchandising strategies designed to maximize product visibility and appeal. This includes building and refreshing displays, fixtures, and signage using basic hand tools and power tools. Your ability to maintain accurate and visually appealing product arrangements will directly support sales growth and customer engagement.
• Operational Commitments and Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with on-site supervision and store associates to execute merchandising tasks across multiple departments. This role involves repetitive lifting, bending, and the operation of lift equipment to ensure products are stocked and displayed efficiently. Your commitment to safety and accuracy will be essential to maintaining operational standards.
• Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. As an MEA, you will serve as a bridge between store operations and customer experience, ensuring that product availability and presentation meet the highest standards. Your proactive approach to customer service will enhance both internal and external satisfaction.

Position Requirements

This role is available in both day and overnight shifts, offering flexibility for full-time or part-time employment. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic team setting. Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The ability to lift and move merchandise, operate basic tools, and follow safety protocols is essential.
