Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) – Driving Retail Excellence

As a Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our stores deliver an exceptional shopping experience by maintaining optimal product stock levels, precise merchandising, and adherence to safety and efficiency standards. Your responsibilities will span a variety of high-impact tasks, from executing strategic product displays to collaborating with suppliers and store teams to drive sales and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Collaboration and Execution: Partner with suppliers to implement price adjustments, product rotations, and special projects that enhance product visibility and meet supplier expectations. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving how products are presented to customers while aligning with business objectives.
• Sales Enablement and Growth: Execute merchandising strategies designed to maximize sales potential. This includes building and refreshing displays, fixtures, and signage to attract customer attention and drive engagement. You will utilize both basic hand tools and power tools to construct and maintain visually appealing product presentations.
• Operational Excellence: Work collaboratively within a team environment, reporting to on-site supervision, to provide seamless service across multiple store departments. Your role will involve repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment to ensure products are stocked and displayed correctly. Maintaining a safe and organized workspace is a top priority.
• Relationship Building and Customer Service: Foster strong working relationships with store associates to ensure smooth operations and alignment with store goals. As a frontline representative, you will also provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
