Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive and timely accident investigations across Distribution & Logistics operations, adhering strictly to Almarai’s Logistics Support & Development Manual and industry best practices.
• Analyze root causes of incidents to identify systemic risks, ensuring proactive measures are implemented to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Health & Safety, and Management, to develop and enforce corrective action plans.
• Document findings meticulously, compiling detailed reports that comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance workplace safety, efficiency, and compliance within logistics environments.
• Stay abreast of evolving safety regulations and industry trends to align investigations with global best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, we seek a detail-oriented professional with:

• A technical or health & safety-related bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent certification, demonstrating a strong foundation in occupational safety principles.
• A valid NEBOSH certificate, validating expertise in health and safety management.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in accident investigation, risk assessment, or occupational health and safety, preferably within a logistics, manufacturing, or distribution setting.
• Proven proficiency in English (verbal and written), enabling effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with incident reporting systems, regulatory frameworks, and data-driven analytical tools to support investigative processes.
