As we scale our impact, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Lead to architect and execute our customer acquisition strategy from the ground up, ensuring sustainable growth in the Saudi market.

This is an opportunity for a visionary marketer to build a high-performing growth engine in a fully remote, performance-based role with flexible working hours. As our first marketing hire, you will collaborate directly with the founder to develop and refine every aspect of our marketing strategy, from content creation to paid campaigns, without the constraints of an existing team or legacy processes. Your ability to innovate, adapt, and deliver measurable results will be critical to EVAO’s success.

Your Mission

Your primary objective is to drive paid subscriptions for EVAO by crafting compelling, authentic, and culturally resonant marketing campaigns tailored to the Saudi audience. You will be responsible for creating a scalable acquisition funnel, testing creative concepts, and optimizing performance across digital channels—all while ensuring that our messaging aligns seamlessly with the product’s value proposition. This role demands creativity, analytical rigor, and a relentless focus on data-driven decision-making to maximize customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation and Storytelling: Develop high-impact short-form content—including scripts, captions, and on-screen copy—exclusively in Saudi Arabic to engage audiences on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat. Utilize your smartphone to capture authentic, relatable content featuring real Saudi cuisine, ensuring visuals resonate emotionally and culturally.
• Creator Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with influential Saudi content creators to amplify our reach. Collaborate closely with them to ensure messaging remains accurate, engaging, and aligned with EVAO’s brand promise while driving meaningful conversions.
• Paid Media and Campaign Optimization: Design, test, and execute paid campaigns across selected channels, starting with a single high-performing platform before scaling. Continuously refine creative concepts, landing page messaging, and checkout flows to minimize friction and maximize conversion rates.
• Retention Strategy: Since EVAO operates on a non-automatic renewal model, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing retention campaigns to re-engage subscribers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain a disciplined approach to metrics, providing weekly reports that include key performance indicators such as content output, costs, subscriber acquisition, cost per paying subscriber, and insights on what works—and what doesn’t. Use data to inform iterative improvements and strategic pivots.

• Proficient Saudi Arabic Marketing Writing: Exceptional ability to craft persuasive, culturally nuanced messaging that resonates with Saudi audiences across digital platforms.
• Hands-On B2C Sales Experience: A proven track record of driving online sales in consumer-facing markets, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Short-Form Video Expertise: Strong skills in creating, editing, and publishing engaging video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with AI tools and platforms to streamline workflows, analyze data, and enhance creative processes.
• Performance-Driven Mindset: A results-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous testing, learning, and optimization.

• Existing relationships with Saudi content creators or influencers.

• Experience with subscription-based products or SaaS models.

• Familiarity with Arabic SEO (ASO) or app store optimization strategies.

Compensation and Incentives

EVAO offers a competitive, performance-based compensation structure designed to align your success with the company’s growth. As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will earn an uncapped 8% commission on every payment made by customers you acquire, applicable for 12 months from their first payment. This commission is:

• Paid monthly, ensuring timely recognition of your contributions.
• Directly tied to attributable sales, reinforcing accountability and transparency.
• Eligible for subsequent payments from your customers throughout the 12-month period, incentivizing long-term customer retention.
