Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Al Ahsa on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care, conducting thorough health assessments, and monitoring vital signs in alignment with Rebody’s wellness and nutrition programs. This position requires a proactive approach to administering prescribed treatments and medications, educating clients on wellness strategies, dietary supplements, and sustainable lifestyle modifications. The Registered Nurse will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and refine individualized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Additionally, the role encompasses maintaining precise clinical documentation, upholding stringent safety and infection control protocols, and actively participating in health screenings, follow-up consultations, and wellness initiatives hosted at our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Assessment: Perform comprehensive health assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer prescribed treatments and medications in accordance with Rebody’s wellness and nutrition programs.
• Client Education & Counseling: Educate clients on the benefits of dietary supplements, wellness plans, and lifestyle modifications to support their health goals. Provide guidance on nutrition, hydration, and holistic wellness practices.
• Care Plan Development: Collaborate with physicians, nutritionists, and wellness coaches to design and adjust personalized care plans that address each client’s specific health and wellness objectives.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Rebody’s internal protocols.
• Infection Control & Safety: Adhere to rigorous infection control and clinical safety standards to create a secure and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Health Screenings & Follow-ups: Support the planning and execution of health screenings, wellness workshops, and follow-up consultations to monitor client progress and engagement.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work effectively within a cross-functional team to integrate medical, nutritional, and wellness expertise into holistic client care.
• Administrative Duties: Utilize electronic health records or clinical documentation systems to streamline workflows and ensure seamless information management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Registered Nurse license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, with eligibility to practice in Al Ahsa.
• Proven experience in patient assessment, care planning, and the administration of treatments and medications.
• Strong background in health education, counseling, and promoting nutrition-based wellness programs.
• In-depth knowledge of basic nursing procedures, infection control protocols, and clinical safety standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records or clinical documentation systems.
• Fluency in Arabic; working knowledge of English is considered an asset.
• Prior experience in wellness, nutrition, or outpatient clinical settings is highly desirable.
• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
