Key Responsibilities

In this strategic position, you will:

• Design and Deploy Cloud-Native Solutions: Architect and implement robust SailPoint ISC configurations, including Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Lifecycle States, Roles, Policies, Certifications, and Password Management, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Lead Application Onboarding: Oversee the configuration of connectors for Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, HRIS platforms, SaaS applications, and custom systems, while managing entitlement aggregation, attribute mapping, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows to maintain accurate access controls.
• Automate Identity Lifecycle Processes: Develop and refine ISC workflows, JavaScript rules, transforms, webhooks, and SCIM/REST API integrations to streamline Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes, reducing manual intervention and minimizing access risks.
• Enforce Compliance and Least-Privilege Access: Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, and access certification campaigns to ensure regulatory adherence and operational security.
• Facilitate IIQ-to-ISC Migrations: Guide legacy system transitions by re-onboarding applications, validating cutovers, and translating legacy workflows into scalable, cloud-native designs to future-proof identity governance.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Diagnose and resolve platform, connector, and integration issues while continuously improving the performance, scalability, and operational resilience of the SailPoint tenant.
• Document and Educate: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and runbooks, tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
• Support Audit and Compliance Initiatives: Assist in access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit activities to ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational policies.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in IAM/IGA, particularly within the SailPoint ecosystem. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering high-impact solutions. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 4+ years of IAM/IGA experience, with 2–5+ years of hands-on SailPoint ISC (Identity Now) implementation and support.
• Proficient technical skills in SailPoint connectors, REST APIs, SCIM, JavaScript rules, transforms, and Workflow Builder, with experience integrating systems like Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, HRIS, and SaaS platforms.
• A deep understanding of identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes), access certifications, RBAC/ABAC frameworks, and compliance requirements such as GDPR, SOX, or NIST.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for debugging provisioning and system-level issues while optimizing performance and scalability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Attention to documentation, with the ability to produce concise, well-structured guides and runbooks that enhance team productivity and reduce onboarding time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to facilitate seamless collaboration in a remote or hybrid environment.

Nice to Have

• Certification in SailPoint ISC/Identity Now, demonstrating advanced proficiency in the platform.
• Experience with IIQ migrations, providing valuable insights during transition projects.
