Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge cloud-native identity governance solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and actionable business outcomes, ensuring seamless integration and robust security across our clients' digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy SailPoint ISC solutions, including Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Lifecycle States, Roles, Policies, Certifications, Access Requests, and Password Management to enhance identity governance and security.
• Application Onboarding & Integration: Lead the onboarding of applications by configuring connectors (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, HRIS, SaaS, and custom systems), aggregating entitlements, mapping attributes, and establishing provisioning/deprovisioning workflows to ensure seamless access management.
• Automation & Workflow Development: Build and maintain advanced ISC workflows, transforms, rules (JavaScript), webhooks, and SCIM/REST API integrations to automate identity lifecycle processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lifecycle Management: Implement and oversee Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes to guarantee timely and accurate access provisioning and deprovisioning, reducing security risks and operational overhead.
• Access Control & Compliance: Establish and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, and least-privilege controls. Conduct access certification campaigns and support audit activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
• Migration & Optimization: Support migrations from IIQ to ISC by re-onboarding applications, validating cutovers, and modernizing legacy workflows and rules into cloud-native designs for enhanced scalability and performance.
• Troubleshooting & Performance: Diagnose and resolve platform, connector, and integration issues while optimizing the performance, scalability, and operational stability of the ISC tenant to meet evolving business demands.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and runbooks, to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), with 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) implementation and support.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise with SailPoint connectors, REST APIs, SCIM, JavaScript rules, transforms, and Workflow Builder. Experience integrating with AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, HRIS, SaaS applications, and custom systems.
• Identity Lifecycle & Compliance: In-depth understanding of identity lifecycle management (JML), access certifications, RBAC/ABAC, and compliance requirements to ensure robust security and regulatory adherence.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills for provisioning and system-level issues. Ability to articulate technical details in clear, business-friendly language and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Documentation & Analysis: Strong writing and analytical skills to create detailed technical documentation and reports for stakeholders at all levels.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be viewed favorably:

• SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow certification.
• Prior experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to support migration projects.
