Your Impact

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of roads and highways, ensuring alignment with international best practices and local KSA regulations.
• Develop and refine geometric, traffic, and pavement designs, including horizontal/vertical alignments, intersections, junctions, and grading systems.
• Ensure compliance with KSA’s technical standards, authority requirements, and industry benchmarks for every project phase.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate road systems seamlessly into broader infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders—including government authorities, clients, and contractors—to deliver technically sound and operationally efficient road networks.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, technical documentation, and deliverables to support project approvals and execution.
• Leverage advanced design software, such as Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, to optimize road layouts and enhance project efficiency.

We are seeking a Senior Roads Engineer with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, complemented by 8+ years of experience in infrastructure development, with a minimum of 3 years in KSA.
• Proven expertise in roads and highway design, including traffic engineering, pavement analysis, and construction methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of KSA’s technical codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Proficiency in industry-leading software tools, including Civil 3D and Autodesk solutions, with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with an added advantage of Arabic proficiency.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional alignment.
