Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist will be responsible for a range of critical duties, including:

• Customer Consultation and Advice: Address customer inquiries regarding health concerns, symptoms, and medication usage, offering clear and accurate guidance to support their well-being.
• Prescription Processing and Medication Dispensing: Accurately review and fulfill prescription orders, ensuring proper dosage, labeling, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and controlled substances.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and rotation of pharmaceutical products to prevent shortages or expiration. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with storage guidelines to maintain product integrity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Uphold all legal and ethical standards set forth by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), including adherence to dispensing regulations, record-keeping protocols, and safety procedures.
• Product Knowledge and Sales: Stay informed about the latest pharmaceutical developments, including dosage administration, chemical compositions, and medical brands, to provide customers with reliable recommendations. Assist in the sale of over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
• Operational Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability by working across various locations within Riyadh and accommodating different shift schedules to meet the demands of our dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution is required.
• Licensure: A valid and active license to practice pharmacy in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Experience: While prior professional experience is preferred, entry-level candidates with a strong academic background and a commitment to continuous learning are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Proficiency: A thorough understanding of dosage administration, measurement techniques, chemical compounds, and medical brands is essential for ensuring accurate dispensing and customer guidance.
