About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Digital Products Growth & Engagement to lead the development and execution of innovative growth strategies for our digital platforms. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving fan acquisition, engagement, and retention across web and mobile experiences, transforming one-off events into year-round digital ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and scale compelling engagement loops, leveraging gamification, personalization, and data-driven insights to create immersive fan experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital product offerings, ensuring they resonate with our audience while aligning with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and own the comprehensive roadmap for fan growth, engagement, and retention across all digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Gamification & Loyalty Systems: Design, implement, and scale interactive engagement mechanics, including loyalty programs, quests, progression systems, and reward structures, to drive sustained participation and loyalty.
• Specialized Digital Products: Lead the strategy, expansion, and execution of interactive fan products such as fantasy leagues, predictions, and other innovative digital experiences tailored to enhance fan interaction.
• Lifecycle Optimization: Define and refine end-to-end fan journeys, from initial activation to post-event re-engagement, ensuring seamless and compelling experiences at every stage.
• Experimentation & Performance: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through rigorous A/B testing, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making to optimize engagement and retention metrics.
• Narrative Integration: Partner with creative and content teams to embed brand narratives and storylines into digital engagement experiences, creating cohesive and memorable interactions for fans.
• Commercial Alignment: Collaborate with commercial teams to develop sponsor-safe engagement activations that deliver value to both fans and partners while maintaining brand integrity.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish and monitor clear KPIs to measure engagement success, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Opportunity Identification: Analyze fan behavior, product performance, and market trends to identify and validate new growth opportunities that align with the brand’s vision and audience preferences.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, and a passion for fan engagement. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital product management, growth product, or consumer engagement, with a proven track record of driving success in large-scale digital platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in designing and scaling gamification systems, loyalty programs, or engagement loops that deliver measurable results.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, community, engineering, analytics, and commercial partners.
• Experience in sports, gaming, entertainment, or live event ecosystems is highly desirable, as is a deep understanding of fan behavior and digital engagement dynamics.
