The Role

We are seeking two highly skilled and hands-on CVM (Customer Value Management) / Segmentation Specialists to join our dynamic team. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting customer segmentation, profiling, and campaign targeting initiatives for a leading Retail Banking client. This is an execution-focused position that emphasizes practical application over strategic advisory, with a primary focus on transforming raw customer data into actionable commercial insights that enhance campaign performance and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Segmentation Modeling: Develop, refine, and maintain advanced customer segmentation models leveraging behavioral patterns, customer value metrics, and lifecycle stages to identify distinct customer cohorts.
• Customer Profiling & Analysis: Conduct in-depth customer profiling and behavioral analysis to uncover critical targeting opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Campaign Targeting Support: Translate segmentation outputs into practical, actionable audience lists that optimize campaign targeting and improve engagement rates.
• Performance Analysis & Insights: Evaluate campaign performance and customer response metrics, extracting key insights to refine and enhance segmentation frameworks continuously.
• BI & Reporting Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust business intelligence (BI) and reporting dashboards to track CVM metrics, campaign KPIs, and overall business performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with marketing, business intelligence, and product teams to convert data-driven insights into tangible commercial actions and strategies.
• Framework Refinement: Iteratively improve segmentation methodologies based on real-time performance data, business feedback, and evolving market dynamics.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Proven background in Retail Banking or Customer Value Management (CVM) analytics.
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing segmentation models, including RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary), behavioral, and value-based approaches.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer behavior analysis and profiling techniques.
• Strong proficiency in BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable commercial and campaign recommendations.
• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, customer insights, or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience with campaign management platforms such as SAS Customer Intelligence (CI) or Adobe Campaign.
• Familiarity with predictive modeling and propensity scoring techniques.
• Direct experience working within a banking or telecommunications CVM function.
