Position Overview

We are partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a highly motivated Product Manager – Specialty to be based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will focus on driving the strategic development, marketing, and commercial success of specialty pharmaceutical products within key therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Endocrinology, Hematology, and Immunology. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, business acumen, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to maximize brand potential and achieve long-term sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager will play a central role in shaping the product’s market strategy and ensuring its successful execution. Core responsibilities include:

• Strategy Development & Execution: Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and business plan tailored to the product’s launch and lifecycle management, with a focus on achieving mid to long-term sales targets.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including major accounts, healthcare professionals, and payers to drive market access and product adoption.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities, assess market dynamics, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance brand positioning and market share.
• Tactical Planning & Implementation: Design and execute tactical marketing initiatives aligned with the brand strategy, ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes and drive sustained growth.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in specialty pharmaceutical portfolios, with a proven track record in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Endocrinology, Hematology, or Immunology.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive innovation. Exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset are critical for success in this dynamic role.
• Availability: Candidates must be prepared to participate in face-to-face interviews in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
