About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our esteemed Medical Device company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This critical role is designed to provide exceptional clinical guidance, education, and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring the safe and effective use of our innovative medical products. Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Guidance and Education: Deliver expert clinical guidance, education, and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to enhance product understanding and utilization.
• Product Demonstrations and Training: Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to ensure healthcare professionals and end-users are proficient in the safe and effective use of our medical devices.
• Patient Onboarding and Follow-Up: Facilitate seamless patient onboarding and provide ongoing follow-up activities to ensure a positive customer experience and optimal product integration into clinical workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to coordinate support activities and maintain consistent service delivery across all touchpoints.
• Clinical Enquiry Management: Respond promptly and accurately to clinical enquiries, providing appropriate product-related guidance and escalating complex issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Educational Initiatives: Lead and support educational initiatives and awareness activities within the healthcare community to promote best practices and the adoption of our medical solutions.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous records and ensure adherence to relevant clinical and quality standards, including regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• A valid nursing license or registration in Saudi Arabia, in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on nursing experience, with a strong foundation in patient care.
• Proven experience in the medical device industry, patient care, or a related healthcare environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of clinical workflows and product applications.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train, engage, and influence healthcare professionals effectively.
• A patient-focused approach, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Residency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the ability to fulfill on-site responsibilities as required.
