• Medical Engagement and Advocacy: Facilitate scientific exchanges, medical information dissemination, and collaborative discussions with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and regulatory bodies to promote evidence-based treatment solutions.
• Clinical Support and Medical Consultation: Provide authoritative medical guidance to patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with global and local policies while supporting formulary access initiatives.
• Strategic Medical Activities: Lead the development, implementation, and execution of medical programs, including clinical research, Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), and observational studies, adhering to stringent guidelines and company SOPs.
• Training and Knowledge Dissemination: Serve as a subject matter expert for internal medical and sales training, equipping teams with the latest oncology insights and best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and organizations to foster a collaborative environment that drives medical progress and operational success.
• Scientific Representation: Represent the company at key scientific meetings, conferences, and symposia, delivering insightful presentations and summarizing critical data to advance the company’s medical narrative.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory teams to address scientific and medical challenges, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Nationality Requirement: Due to Saudization initiatives, this position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.
• Education: A **Medical Degree (MD), PharmD, or equivalent life-science qualification** is mandatory, reflecting a strong foundation in medical sciences.
