Key Responsibilities

As the ODOO Developer Technical Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic IT Leadership: Oversee the entire IT department and manage high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate technology projects that bridge IT and business teams, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
• ERP Solution Architecture: Design and implement tailored ODOO-based ERP solutions that address real-time business needs while supporting future growth and scalability.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex ERP and business application issues to maintain seamless operations and minimize downtime.
• Team and Stakeholder Management: Manage internal IT teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with business stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a proven track record in technology leadership.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ODOO development, with a focus on technical leadership, customization, and system optimization.
• Deep expertise in Python and PostgreSQL, with a strong ability to develop and extend ODOO modules to meet evolving business requirements.
• Project Management Acumen: Experience leading cross-functional technology projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, with a focus on operational efficiency.
• ERP Solution Design: A proven ability to architect ERP solutions that align with business processes and drive operational excellence.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Experience resolving ERP-related technical issues and ensuring system reliability for end-users.
• Leadership and Communication: Proven skills in managing IT teams and external vendors, coupled with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

We are seeking a candidate based in Riyadh or willing to relocate, with the flexibility to attend interviews in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be available to commence their role within 30 days of signing the offer letter.
