FAENA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

In this critical position, you will be responsible for leading a team of security personnel, implementing robust security measures, and maintaining a vigilant presence to mitigate risks and prevent incidents. Your duties will include:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of security guards, ensuring they are well-trained, disciplined, and aligned with FAENA’s security policies and procedures.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily security operations, including access control, surveillance, patrolling, and emergency response, to ensure seamless and efficient execution.
• Incident Management: Investigate security breaches, violations, or suspicious activities, and coordinate with relevant authorities or internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to local and international security regulations, as well as FAENA’s internal policies. Prepare detailed incident reports, risk assessments, and security audits as required.
• Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for security personnel to enhance their skills in conflict resolution, emergency response, and customer service, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as facilities management, human resources, and legal teams, to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in security management, law enforcement, or related fields are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in security supervision or a similar leadership role within the security industry.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid security supervisor license issued by the relevant Saudi authorities. Additional certifications such as First Aid/CPR or Crisis Management are advantageous.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm monitoring, is preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to assess situations quickly, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions under pressure.
• Integrity and Professionalism: A commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
