Equipment and Laundry Technician – Full-Time Position

In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and optimization of our technology infrastructure, ensuring that both hardware and software systems operate efficiently to support our guests and staff. Your technical acumen will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving issues related to computer systems, peripherals, and network connectivity, allowing us to deliver a flawless experience every time. Beyond troubleshooting, you will also manage inventory, perform system backups, and maintain secure data practices—all while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with IT personnel to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. Utilize your expertise to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of all technology assets.
• Equipment Maintenance & Installation: Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, including desktop computers, laptops, docking stations, and printers. Conduct regular inspections, testing, and diagnostics to maintain equipment in peak condition.
• Network & System Administration: Support and maintain computer networks, servers, and associated software. Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity while adhering to security protocols.
• User Support & Training: Provide end-user assistance, including account management (setup, removal, and password resets) while educating staff on best practices for data security and handling Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Inventory & Asset Management: Track and maintain inventory of all technology devices, ensuring availability and proper utilization across the facility.
• Physical & Operational Support: Secure sensitive areas, including backup tapes and equipment rooms. Assist in the safe handling of objects up to 10 pounds as needed for routine maintenance tasks.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Contribute to process enhancements and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
