Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at EDITION Hotels, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties designed to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Guest-Centric Cleaning: Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and discretion. Maintain a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms, suites, and common areas to create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
• Operational Excellence: Manage cleaning carts, restock supplies, and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition. Perform routine inspections to identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping staff, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience. Communicate effectively to address any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
• Physical Demands: This role requires sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will be expected to perform these tasks efficiently and safely to maintain productivity and guest satisfaction.
