As a member of our Housekeeping & Laundry team, you will be responsible for upholding the pristine reputation of our hotel by executing a wide range of housekeeping duties with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of critical tasks designed to create a welcoming and immaculate environment for our guests. Your role will include:

• Guest Requests and Service Excellence: Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and a smile. Your ability to anticipate and address guest needs will contribute directly to their overall satisfaction and loyalty.
• Room and Public Space Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational spaces. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure every space reflects the luxury and elegance of EDITION Hotels.
• Supply Management: Restock and organize housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to ensure seamless operations. Maintain inventory levels to avoid shortages and uphold operational efficiency.
• Physical Demands: This role requires sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg). You will be expected to move efficiently between tasks while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow Marriott International’s policies and procedures, including safety protocols, confidentiality guidelines, and quality standards. Your commitment to these standards will ensure a secure and professional work environment.
