Key Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintaining the luxury standards that set The Ritz-Carlton apart. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage housekeeping schedules, inventory levels, and supply distribution to uphold efficiency and minimize waste.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with The Ritz-Carlton’s stringent cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests related to housekeeping services with professionalism and discretion.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with local regulations and company policies to maintain a secure and sanitary environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Front Office, Engineering, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless operations and an integrated guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Technical Competency: Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and housekeeping software is preferred.
