The Guest Environment Expert plays a multifaceted role that extends beyond traditional housekeeping duties. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks designed to create a pristine and inviting environment for our guests, including:

• Comprehensive Cleaning: Maintaining the immaculate appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring adherence to The Ritz-Carlton’s stringent cleanliness standards.
• Guest Interaction: Addressing guest requests promptly and professionally, whether it involves replenishing amenities, providing additional towels, or resolving minor concerns to enhance their stay.
• Operational Support: Managing cleaning carts, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition to facilitate seamless operations.
• Physical Demands: Performing tasks that require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 pounds, all while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues across departments to uphold the property’s reputation for excellence, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
