In this full-time position, you will serve as the bridge between our exceptional culinary team and our discerning guests, crafting seamless dining experiences that reflect the brand’s commitment to originality, design, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience Excellence: Deliver impeccable service by presenting and serving food courses and premium beverages with confidence and finesse. Anticipate guest needs, address inquiries with professionalism, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s signature blend of polish and personality.
• Collaboration with Culinary Teams: Act as a liaison between guests and the kitchen, communicating dietary requirements, special requests, and menu inquiries with clarity. Ensure orders are executed flawlessly, from preparation to presentation.
• Operational Precision: Maintain meticulous accuracy in recording transactions using our MICROS system and processing payments with professionalism. Verify guest satisfaction at every stage of their dining experience, from the first course to the final touch.
• Upholding Standards: Adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring work areas, table settings, and serviceware are pristine throughout each shift. Complete closing duties with attention to detail, including restocking supplies and ensuring operational readiness for the next day.
• Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety by following all company protocols, reporting incidents immediately, and completing required training. Protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and embody the professionalism expected in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by building strong relationships with colleagues. Communicate effectively, listen actively, and contribute to a culture of teamwork that drives collective success.
• Physical and Adaptive Demands: Perform tasks that require prolonged standing, walking, and movement, including navigating uneven or slippery surfaces. Demonstrate dexterity in handling objects of varying sizes, as well as the ability to lift, carry, and position items up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications:
While no formal certifications are required, we seek candidates with:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting.
• A commitment to professionalism, adaptability, and a guest-centric mindset.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills are paramount.
