Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and error-free disbursement while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and deadlines, minimizing risks and optimizing tax positions.
• Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets.
• Leverage accounting software and ERP systems to streamline processes and improve financial transparency.
