Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing initiatives, including events, roadshows, and product demonstrations, to engage target audiences and drive brand visibility.
• Lead Generation: Identify and nurture potential leads through direct engagement, follow-ups, and relationship-building efforts to support the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to assess regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and digital marketing, to align field activities with broader business objectives and ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in marketing or digital strategy) are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in field marketing, event management, or a closely related discipline, preferably within the technology, cybersecurity, or IT services sector.
• Skills:
  • Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from C-level executives to technical decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
