Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of logistics operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with Red Sea Global’s long-term goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution, to meet the demands of our luxury developments and operational needs.
• Team Development: Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Performance Optimization: Implement best practices in logistics management, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal departments, external vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations, including supply chain disruptions, regulatory compliance, and sustainability challenges.
• Sustainability Integration: Champion sustainable logistics practices, incorporating eco-friendly initiatives and circular economy principles to minimize environmental impact while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership acumen. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record in designing and optimizing logistics networks, including warehouse management, transportation, and distribution strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
• Deep understanding of sustainability principles and their application in logistics operations, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
