• Engineering Standards Maintenance: Enforce and contribute to the development of stringent engineering standards across RSAF units, while ensuring compliance with robust Technology Security (TechSec) protocols to safeguard classified information and operational integrity.
• Quality Assurance and Conformity: Design and execute comprehensive quality assurance programs, including audits and conformity inspections, to maintain uncompromising standards in equipment, facilities, and services.
• Design and Development: Develop innovative engineering solutions, including detailed specifications, technical drawings, and repair methodologies, to address complex infrastructure and equipment challenges.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Hold a degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Computer, Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical), Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or another relevant Aerospace-related discipline.
• Alternatively, possess an 'A' Level/IB certificate or a recognized engineering diploma, with acceptance into a university to pursue one of the aforementioned degree programs.
• Experience with aviation systems is highly advantageous but not mandatory for eligible candidates.
